Our consultants offer a complete compliance service whereby we manage your organisation’s participation in the Scheme from qualification, to reporting, to creating and maintaining your evidence pack, to give you complete peace of mind that you are meeting all of the requirements of the Scheme.

Our service includes:

ü    Registration

ü    Ongoing updates on changes to the Scheme and how they affect your organisation

ü    Annual supplier statement requests to facilitate with reporting and for storage in your evidence pack

ü    Access to a web-based fuel survey to collate residual fuel consumption data from all of your sites

ü    Compilation of consumption data for preparing and submitting your Footprint and Annual Reports

ü    Creation and ongoing maintenance of your evidence pack in CRC Evidence Pack Manager

ü    Quarterly reviews of your participation to ensure your evidence pack and the Scheme Administrator are being kept up-to-date with any changes to your participation

Maintenance and Support...

Telephone and Email help services are available free of charge within the first year. In addition all software updates are available by Web download. Our User Area Web site details modifications made to the software and allows download as and when required. Users are able to make suggestions for future developments and vote on other users ideas.

User meetings are held around the country and costs are included within the maintenance and support.

Training...

Training on site is available at the time of installation or at any future date. Further training is normally only required when new members of staff are appointed.

Upgrades to the package are accompanied with notes and a comprehensive Help file. Additional training is rarely required at this point.

Historic Data...

Where an existing database or Monitoring and Targeting system is already in place historic data can be transferred to avoid unnecessary re-entry. Our staff have a wide range of experience transferring data from both simple and complex systems.

Where no existing database is in place the setup can normally be created from historic supplier EDI or text/csv files.
